After few months of absence I’m finally back, not that thing are going great for me this few weeks, in fact things are getting worse for me. This conversation happens on Monday.
Person A: Currently we are facing some difficulties.
Person B: What difficulties is that?
Person A: There might be possibility that deductions of leave are requiring from staff.
Person B: What type of leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, or compulsory leave?
Person A: Those who still have leave, are require to take so, those who don’t have will fall under unpaid leave.
Person B: Does this involve the whole organization or just certain department?
Person A: Only certain departments are involved, your departments are involved in this planning
Person B: Well definitely this is really unfair for those who are involved.
This is really a joke; any how life still needs to be carried on, no matter how bad the economy is affecting us, are employers taking opportunity to carry out some nasty implementation in order to safe a few more bucks for themselves or for the benefit of the company? You tell me, all I felt is that during bad times, majority of the people will say its really bad, but does the economy really affected everyone’s life, I mean everyone. But during good times, all they said is, economy turmoil is coming, we must prepare ourselves, but in what way we are preparing ourselves?
